You install it (your executives don't need to do a thing) and sign in once with Microsoft. It then reads the calendars you already have access to in Outlook, including any shared with you. Most people add it from AppSource in about a minute; if your organisation restricts add-ins, here's a short page for your IT team.

Some IT teams require approval before a new add-in can be used, which is completely normal. Slots Picker only asks for read-only calendar access and never stores your data.
